HYPNOTHERAPY
We are all amazing!
The unconscious mind can process millions of bits of information every single second. It is a multi tasking miracle responsible for keeping our hearts beating, our lymph systems operating, and even making sure we blink. It stores all the things that form our characters and who we really are. Its intention is to look after us, to protect us. Occasionally this protection can place limits on our behaviour leading to fears or phobias, a lack of confidence or anxiety.
Hypnotherapy is a wonderful way to create a deeply relaxed state in which mind and body tension are reduced. We can then tap into the unconscious and explore and reframe behaviours or beliefs. The unconscious is more open to change in a relaxed state. This is a two way process done in a professional partnership between the therapist and the client. The client is always aware of what is happening and is always in control. No one can be hypnotised without their consent and certainly cannot be made to do anything they do not wish to. Trance is an everyday experience. We all do it. If you have ever daydreamed or driven on autopilot, or watched a film and found at the end you have no idea of the plot - then you have already experienced trance.
Cognitive

on a specific problem. You will learn strategies and self hypnosis. You
can take these away with you and use them all through your life, at work
and socially. Hypnosis works for people of all ages and abilities and when
used with NLP is a fast and effective therapy for a diverse range of problems
or concerns.
